Thanks Con for the review. Two thoughts: > The company is interesting as they appear to be a modern revival of an old Portuguese company. They currently have a single line of shaving products but all appear to be excellent. (I read a recent review of their shaving brush which rated it highly.) > My ABdB soap smells differently to a friends. Mine is not as pleasant to the nose. I would think that a mass produced soap shouldn't have as much variation in scent.

Great video, but In your last shave soap video, you rated based on scent, lather, and something akin to comfort. Why didn't you rate this soap on various aspects? Thanks and love all your videos

Thank you Con! Got this soap because of this video, used it this morning for the first time. Unreal lather, better then AdP and Penhaligons soaps IMO, scent is ok, but the performance is where this soap truly shines.
