Feel your pain about being careful in the sunshine , this time last year I was having radiotherapy so being out last summer or even sunbathing was a big no no . This year I'm ok for only small amounts of time but always got to wear SPF on the treated area even under my clothes x

It’s weird how I don’t think I could do zip lining even in the uk and even though I have done a tandem skydive 🪂. If I were to travel to Caribbean I’d love to visit Guadeloupe as it’s location for death in paradise. But I’d want to learn to swim before I ever get to travel there x it’s all on my bucket list x
