better to focus on adrenaline. and keep them calm, then take away there dopamine.. my opinion is that by taking away dopamine, you take away the ability to process emotions. so you stay stuck ,in the same situation. (you'll stop acting on your emotions, and that will keep you unhappy. instead of changing what makes you unhappy. )
