Love ARS. I have always been drawn to Great Britain, but have never visited, unfortunately. I imagine there can’t be a square foot of land that doesn’t have some wonderful buried antique.

Isn't it funny how no matter how horrible videos are visually, the sound always seems to be perfect.

When I was young (12- 1975) my mother gave me a bracelet with tiny ivory elephants. I loved it bc I love elephants. Than I got aware of the slaughtering of elephants bc of the ivory and I got disgusted. I threw my bracelet in the trash. I didn't want to support this by wearing it. Bc I was wearing it all the time my mother noticed I didn't wear it anymore. So she asked me why. I never forget the look on her face when I told her I threw it away. She almost got a heart attack. Maybe it was a familypiece also no idea what it was worth. I regret it in a way but also not. It was really beautiful. 😀

It's like watching the video through a thick fog or through the wrong glasses. Very blurry. 👀

I saw tons of confiscated tusks in Africa on tv. Those animals regrettably are dead. Why don't they just flood the market with all of those and bring the prices so low it wouldn't be worth the risk of poaching?
