Bless you George. That's such important history to hold and I'm sure it's a psychic weight for you. I'm glad that people are donating items that they don't feel comfortable owning anymore rather than destroying them, it's so important that this history be saved.

Your timing is as immaculate as the quality of your posts, O Great Dox, whose voice I hear in the wind, whose breath gives life to the world…. I can only thank you.

I'm sorry but how is a manicure kit from the 20s not an antique?
@Iwanttodrawachicken4 ай бұрын
An antique is 100plus years old. Episode aired in 2008. It might be an antique now, but not back then.

Roald Dahl first edition being graded and presented by the single most amateur book handler I've ever seen. He has never once been careful with fragile papers and books. He obviously has NEVER heard of a book cradle. Every time I see him I cringe

Same with the host handling black history prints. I grew up with photographs, and my mother telling me to keep fingers off, and hold around edges

People,are so rude and entitled nowadays. I hate to thin k what would be said to an officer requesting removal of a hood ornament in today’s world.

People have always been rude and entitled. You know 90 MILLION people died as a result of World War 2, right? People are docile and kind compared to the past. I can cite countless examples.

Actually in America one can not use a blue light on a civilian vehicle! And it was England and they have always been somewhat dictatorial to say the least.❤😊
