Actually, no. It has it's own unique Happy Hour theme which plays instead of the normal one.

I love gameplay that is really difficult at first, but once you learn and memorize all the segments of the level, it becomes super fun to play through it multiple times. Especially this level!

It's very tough, but persevere & practice, and you'll pull through. It is the last stage before the final boss, after all.

no he doesn't do anything whatsoever. This is the single instance of this enemy in the whole game. He cannot hurt you in any way

Not the whole game! There's a secret area called brazil, and he's there as well! I'll give you a hint on where it is: to the right of a cannon in the hub.
