...yes, thoughtheglass............she has turned away, YERUSHALAYIM has turned away, from being the IR HA SHALOM / CITY OF PEACE. The City that YAHSHUWAH Jesus chose, to have his name there. Ref: 2 CHRONICLES 6:6; PSALM 132:13,14. THE UNITED NATIONS will declare YERUSHALAYIM the INTERNATIONAL CITY OF THE WORLD someday. JUDIAH and SAMARIA have been DIVIDED. There is a PALESTINIAN STATE.....EAST YERUSHALAYIM is the Capital of the PALESTINIAN STATE. QUESTION.....when will it be announced? When they PROCLAIM....BUILD THE THIRD TEMPLE? The " feet of the gentiles, shall trodden down the City of ZION ". Woe to the nations that have parted the land and scattered the TREASURED ONES. Ref: JOEL 3:1,2; ZECHARIAH 12:1-3. Woe to the nations, that have BURDENED THEMSELVES with YERUSHALAYIM. Amein.

This is a lament that the Nations have refused to be blessed by Israel. Each "mountain" ought to have stood still and been blessed and also bless the Apple of His Eye, but we each removed ourselves from the Chosen People. Oh, let us be grafted into that Cultivated olive tree and cling to the Written words of Moses!, given down by the Maker!

Yes, Psalm 114 is a celebration of the exodus event, but as Dr. Matthew Jacoby (the lead singer/composer/guitarist of Sons of Korah) says, "Music encapsulates things in a way that makes them memorable but also communicates the emotive aspect of the events or truths. It is not just about history. It is about revelation. These events were remembered so that they could continue to elicit the response that God wanted to elicit from his people in the first place when he did these things. And so this psalm, after recalling the wonder of the things that happened during the time of the exodus, calls us to an attitude of reverent awe in the light of these things."
