Thanks very much to whoever posted this. Massive Phil and Aly fan, seen them many times and they never fail to entertain. Fantastic music and great repartee.

A lovely tune, with great swing to it ! I suspect that it's closely linked to the tune known as CUCANNANDY, said to be originally from the Cork-Kerry Region of Sth.Western Ireland, but I stand open to correction on that (??).

I wiAnsh Johhny had come back and that he and Phill had been recorded. I miss their precision unison playing. I love Ally Bain but can't help but feel that I feel Phil's frustration with him. Anyway who cares what I think, I'll just get back to my guitar and finish transcribing Phil's accompaniment to see what I can learn.

Why is he frustrated with Aly

@@Isaac-uk8rv I should not have presumed to comment. I will remove it. Have you heard Phil play with his brother ? There is a tune, 'The Gentle Light' that lifts me, I should know it better. I'll sing it some morning in my garden. Thank you for your interest and sorry for wasting you time.
