In today's video we are going to talk about the trader phases on the daytrade!
So let's go to the trader's first phase on daytrading:
TRADER'S FIRST PHASE: SEEKING TIPS
People who start in the market think that the path to success is through tips and that was exactly my first belief when I decided to venture into the stock exchange and tapereading!
Like me, everyone in this phase, even if unconsciously, transfers their responsibility to third parties, that is, the responsibility for their decision rests with someone else.
This transfer ends up shielding the mind of this trader from the damage of making mistakes and losing money since he was the one who made the mistake, he was the one who tipped this phase.
In my case it didn't last long, but often it doesn't last for other people.
SECOND PHASE OF TRADER: SEARCHING FOR MARKET KNOWLEDGE
Here the focus changes a little and they stop asking:
"What to do ?"
"What is the best recommendation?"
"What's the best tip?"
And traders start asking themselves "How do I do it?" and that provides a great evolution.
This is the stage that the search for knowledge comes through:
Conversations with other traders
Day trade groups
Broker chats or even searching for courses on the internet.
But then, the trader hears what he needs to do:
"Take a technical analysis course"
"Operate for charts, analysts operate for them"
It is very common for this trader to start trading using ready-made technical indicators or setup, as the signals are generated by the system and no interpretation is necessary!
After a time of trading through technical indicators or ready-made setups, the trader realizes that many times his results are not satisfactory and does he know why?
The first reason is the difficulty in following one hundred percent of the signals that are generated by the system. Just as there is in the recommendations of the analysts mentioned in the first phase
Another crucial point is the inefficiency of the setup itself or the use of only technical indicators, which for me personally is one of the main flaws.
THIRD PHASE OF TRADER: DEVELOPING A PROFESSIONAL TRADER MENTALITY!
Develop a professional trader mindset that allows you to look at the market in a 100% objective way by interpreting the information:
Without any bias
-No interference
Just reacting!
