mualani does big pp damage really early, when I first got her and leveled her sharky board skill to lvl 3, she was already doing 58k-70k, Neuvillate and mualani share a similar trait which is big damage, but mualani makes that damage way more earlier + is more powerful overall

I didn't even need to farm the new domains, if you get around 80% (it's RNG) completion by getting treasure chests in each tribes area you get all 3 obsidian ring parts to open the barriered caves which are full of artifacts and each one has the new essence thing to make your own artifacts.

In case you still need it: Both the Battle Pass Catalyst Sacrificial Jade and the new Craftable Natlan Catalyst Ring of Yaxche are good on her. Also the new Event Catalyst Ash-Graven Drinking Horn is somewhat good, but I think the other two are better. WoW, I did not expect the Shark going into the wall. Good that I am skipping her and Kinnich as I want Xilonen.

Mualani is infinitely more f2p friendly than Neuve. His ceiling is much much higher of course, but he’s a high investment character. I could see how some people would pick Mualani over him.
