Every year swift parrots return to Tasmania in search of suitable habitat to raise their hatchlings. Logging of old growth forest has reduced available habitat, leaving the endangered species vulnerable to predators. In this video, find out how researchers from the ANU Fenner School of Environment & Society are monitoring the remaining birds, providing critical data on their health and population size.
