hi Achara!I liked your reactions I just wanted to clarify your doubts! Indians have been classified into different castes and communities,he was referring to OBC's(other backward class) community who are considered economically backward in India.These guys including scheduled caste &tribes(SC &ST community),Muslim and Christians are provided special quota(preference/reserved seats )by the government of India in all the colleges , Universities and government jobs to safeguard their future.The law is to protect and provide free seats to them but for other communities they need to pass through strenuous exams to get into prestigious colleges or universities or for govt. jobs.The cutoff mark for the OBC ,SC ST ,Muslim and Christians is lesser compared to other communities. Anubhav was mentioning the same thing in his jokes,most of the OBC communities like Gujjar,Jatt,etc which he mentioned are predominantly in Noida,Rajasthan and Haryana. Hi Jaby ! I was really happy that you connected easily and could relate to your own experiences in life.

Jaby is right ! I live in Delhi and Anubhav is supposedly from Meerut which is just 50 kms from my place and sometimes I am not able to understand his accent. In India there is a saying (कोस-कोस पर बदले पानी, चार कोस पर वाणी) that Here taste of water changes every 18 miles and language changes every 72 kms, so it is really difficult to understand the dialect for a non native person.
