Anubhav ji this is my real problem that I can't recognise the people. I always try to help people and animals... And behave softly with everyone. But my short tempered nature always makes me wrong always. No matter what I did for them and they take advantage to show me down. After bearing too much up to my last limit, I loose my temper.... Jb hum kisiki help krte he to indirectly hme usse ek hamare prati understanding ki yato lovable attitude ki expectations generate hoti he or yahi expectations hamara unse attachment create krta he. Or jb bhi vo kuchh galat krte ya kehte he to actually ur expectations were hurt.so u felt angry.but the wrong person will never understand the hidden feeling of yours.so don't help others untill they ask for it.it saves u from the entire attachment process. No help No attachment No hidden expectation No hurt No anger. Just love your self. Use ur helping nature towards helping animals and orphans. My thoughts May be help u.
