Should we put roots of anubia inside the soil or just keep up i didn't understand how u placed them , waiting for ur reply
@TheUrbanNemophilist Жыл бұрын
They are epiphytic so make sure to keep their rhizomes above soil or else they may rot.

Looks great , will the spring tails be ok for oxygen and how often will you mist ? Thanks loving the content
@TheUrbanNemophilist3 жыл бұрын
Thanks a lot. I will be opening this once in a while. This is a set up for aquatic plants so not worried about the soil being wet. I can mist whenever there’s some moisture loss during maintenance activities or when I open it. Springtails will be fine and settle down once this ecosystem establishes a balance.

Hi, wonderful work, do you think a water snail will be able to survive in this type of terrarium? Thanks
@TheUrbanNemophilist3 жыл бұрын
Thanks. No because this is not an aquatic setup. It’s a terrarium for aquatic plants that can grow emersed. A jarrium or aqua jar which has submerged plants maybe suitable for a small aquatic snail.

Aquasoil is easy to work with, and is also reusable after cleaning and washing. So even great for terrariums, big or small.

Another great terrarium build!👍 I believed that sphagnum moss is not aquatic moss.🤣
@TheUrbanNemophilist3 жыл бұрын
Thanks. Sphagnum is a terrestrial moss. I am experimenting via this build if it will work in a setup like this. I am quite hopeful.
