He’s definitely buffed offensively but nerfed defensively. Since you’re slowed during the 1 you’re still gonna be an easy target. Even easier with the 30% less heal. I still like the change to the 1 tho

Imo he should get prots or something on his one, and maybe it could reduce his 2/3’s cooldown per tick, maybe both cooldowns. Would help him stay alive for longer, and yea the cooldown reduction per tick would be small

Man that's crazy. Gem of Iso Anubis might be the meta now. Anubis with gem of Iso, would work with 3 + ult too might not even have to wrap to confirm ult/kill. Anubis jungle finally potentially viable and not "trolling" 🙄. Lmao. What a crazy update

Imo this is the best for anubis. Not in a game balance sense but an aesthetic and game feel kind of way. Anubis tick dmg on his locusts feels so jank and misrepresentative of the visuals and name. For a plauge of locusts, it takes relatively masive chunks of your health half a second when he has some dmg online and it feels weird. Now that it ticks 0.25 seconds the dmg feels more representative of what it is; a swarm ticking away at you. Also him moving at 50% was something id imagine hed be able to do considering the self root and the no cap on turn radius made it look like jank(seeing anubis be able to 180 his triangle feels unpolished esp if youre just getting into the game) . Overall pretty damn good. (again not abt balance but about the feel)

Realistically, between his own nerf and half his items being nerfed, I'd say the 1 change is warranted and 50% is fine. But, time will tell if that matters or not and this still winds up being broken somehow.

The double tick rate half damage change is a strict buff in most cases right? Ex: Old Version does 20 , new Version does 10 but ticks twice as fast If they're mobile and would only get hit by 3 ticks of the old version for 60 damage, at worst they'll also take 6 ticks from the new version for 60 damage, but might also take an additional tick that they wouldn't have for another 10 damage. The exception to this is if they're moving out of the range of the ability during the channel and then moving back in, which doesn't realistically happen. Of course there are other reasons the change could be bad, like procing sobek passive faster. Maybe the prot formula favors larger numbers as well, I don't remember. But I'm not sure why you're saying its worse for damage against mobile gods when its actually better, even excluding the ability to move during the channel.

With the ticks from the 1 being quicker, it will also stack his passive more quickly. That'll be particularly impactful if the enemy is also in his 3. Given the lifesteal changes, it feels like his ult is going to be way easier to die while using when in non-duel modes (since with more than one enemy, you can't wrap all of them).

Change makes it so you only get 30% of what you could get before the patch, not counting the HUGE nerf to all lifesteal items on top. Imo there is no reason to build lifesteal anymore. At that point just remove it and put something else in it's place. Made the 40% out of combat reduction permanent and added 30% on top of that.

Anubis is dead, lifesteal items extreme nerfs, passive massive nerf, antiheal bufs. New 1 does less dmg than old one. The worst problem is the healing, that is about a 60 to 70% lower than before. And lifesteal cap is reduced.
