Thank you thank you thank you thank you for being the dream manifested which I have been trying to tell cafe owners in Delhi but hardly anyone heard. I’ve been doing whatever I can on a personal level that’s hunting only outlets where there’s reusable cutlery, removing food apps so I never order online, only pack in my box and infinite other steps which the people around me the closest hardly understood and made space for. I ways tried to voice that events generate so much waste hence quit it. I didn’t really have the support to create anything of a large scale like this but feel so so so so thankful to souls like these making the real change happen on such a large scale. Truly in tears. 🙏🙏🙏 whenever I ever take a train down to Mumbai I will visit this. Please let me know if there’s anything like this in Delhi. Hope this becomes not just an Indian choice for everyone but a global necessity for any cafe to even run. So much plastic and even paper and foil. It gets tiring to swim against a tsunami but I never give up on my box. Every little detail given importance to like it should be in every home. I made a recycling unit which was taken down. Any efforts to compost were taken down. If we have the support and love what all we can make a reality wow. Really so moved 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

This is just amazing specially how they dealt with the third party delivery system. It's very easy to use plastic materials and earn more profit but thinking of eco system before profit is just an amazing and breave thoughts. Anuj Bhai I was watching regular videos and our family members we are doing composite. Almost we have done 25 buckets. After used in terrace garden that helps in generating the growth.

Even taaza kitchen in Hyderabad is zero waste hotel. There is always empty dustbin and even they will not sell water bottle. They provide free filtered ro water. Please do make video on them and encourage to do like many kind of this things

This is an excellent concept but cooked food cannot be composted as it contains oil and milk products. Also paper containers also contain plastic linings so those can be replaced by husk made containers

All edible food items raw or cooked are 100% compostable , we are doing it. Our paper and baggas containers are plastic lining free and we also take them back if the customer is willing to, But our primary aim is always to offer food in returnable ss container or ask the customer to get their own container if they come for a pick up.

How do you manage to keep pests away from the composting with the fat content being present due to milk products and oil?

@@vidhivora5891 try controlling the excessive moisture by layering the food with dry leaves or saw dust. It will keep away flies. But maggots will be there as they help in composting.

Actually in my city Agra plastics was banned & people have started using their own bags, tiffins etc, but now again people gas started using plastic hugely. Regular awareness must be there & tight actions from authority is must.
