But they work hard and ultimately it comes down to that only. If they don’t work hard enough or the audience doesn’t feel the overall film is great, then they sink too! Because we don't appreciate and support small budget films. You won't see a Salman Khan movie(many more) in these film festivals because it will do good at the box office. These films, as much brilliant they could be, don't do well on box office. So they release them in film festivals to get recognition, buzz, or interest from the audience.
