Anushae!! Add a small bowl of salad before ur meal u will feel fuller and satisfied. U don't need to eat at 7 pm just eat 3 hours prior ur sleeping time. BTW I have lost 30 kgs being at home no gym nothing so hope my tips will help u a bit ❤️ love ur vlogs

Yes an exercise video would be great......not that l need to lose weight but would be refreshing to see your routine. I lost nearly 30kg in a year just walking my German Shepherds. I used to do 15 - 20,000 steps per day in a span of 3 hours! And this was without dieting.....l didn't change my food at all but lm not into very oily and greasy food anyway. But l am a foodholic and love Pakistani cuisine Love your parents house ❤ And l really enjoyed today's vlog.......it brought me out of the boredom l was feeling. Corona and lockdown here in the UK is really getting to me....so missing my frequent trips to Lahore but your vlog uplifted my spirits because if lm having a down day it's heartwarming to see someone else having a great time...👌😙❤
