A quick tip for frozen chicken when packing fresh chicken u spread it in a layer that it becomes a rectangle shape or square that way it becomes a thin layer n then freeze !

Girl, you need a mixer like kitchen aid to make the roti aata. It’s so easy to do it with that! I’ve never made the aata by hand 😂 thank God

@@AnushaeSays there’s loads of options and it really depends on your budget. If you google ‘stand mixers’ you’ll find loads. Just make sure it has a dough hook attachment. My current one is a kitchenaid and it’s great but there are loads of other ones to suit any budget!x

Kitchen aid mixer with dough hook attachment is perfect for roti aata. We usually use that in US and it is pretty good for aata but I am sure there are other options too . Read the reviews before ordering. 😊
