Anvil brew kettle 10g with FIAK unboxing and review

I just unboxed my kettle today to use. I searched for a video as I felt the thermometer didn't seem right. I am also missing that Oring on the thermometer. Thank you for the video

I believe I am also missing the Teflon washer for the ball valve

Oh no! I'm glad my video helped you, but I'm sorry you're also missing parts. I contacted support and they mailed me out a new thermometer nut assembly with the washer. I used the support email: [e-mail] Cheers!

Zack, thanks for the great review! I have been considering buying one of these and there aren't that many reviews out there so this helps. I have lots of questions for you. Most importantly, have you brewed with it yet? How did it go? How did the fermenting go? What was your boil off rate? Do you think it would be possible at all to brew a batch? Any larger than 5 gallons? With this? I would like to reach somewhere between 6 and 1/2 and 7 and 1/2 gallons. Let me know. Thank you!
