This oh so lovely achievement is one of the many for this mission that ask you to defend the temple! This particular one may be 2.2 billion, but the strategy is relatively the same compared to the others. Know that you do not have to complete the mission, so you can completely ignore the Zenith stones! Build your walls, and spend time filling in every gap that you can. I would prioritize Nexus at the entrances, followed by Shield Batteries & Khaydarin Monoliths. Use Solar Lance to target fire groups of Banelings!

I almost broke my mouse spamming Pylons to distract the zerg on the last 200M. But I did it using your Nexus strategy (well, part of it anyway because my macro is average). This is one of those hard achievements that is doable for me. Now all it's left are the annoying speed run ones...

Thanks for doing this, especially w/o killing the Zenith Stones. I "knew" the Mastery was attainable without getting them, but this is the first time I've seen someone actually do it. That will save me some stress in the early going :). Also, I think that frame rate lag is inevitable on this mission while using the Solar Lance, no matter how good your computer is. Great stuff as always!

No problem! It is nice to not have to care about the Zenith stones, if all you want are the achievements. Having the initial DTs deal with those early waves is helpful. I totally agree with your thoughts on the lag. Just have to laugh it off I suppose. Dropping frames like an art museum in an earthquake :)

A key point about nexus overcharge is that it makes batteries auto heal the nexus since they're defensive structures.

Thank you, this was quite helpful! I like your voice and calmness too! Made the mistake of going after zenith the first time lol it set me too far behind and I lost faster than I did on Brutal for some reason lol

this was brilliant help, thanks. I find right near the end it helps if you have like 15 gateways and just keep spamming warp zealots as meatshields. hit 2.306 bil ez.

This is my final hard achievement I need from the masteries(WOL counts). I will absolutely try this and get it done. Btw, the fliers(hybrid flyers) are the ones i rly hate, and it makes me despise Amon more than any character does. Regardless, it's time to finish this.

This one is a real struggle, and super annoying since it takes so long. If you are doing this from a New Campaign (meaning not from Master Archives), then it's even harder. The Spear of Adun powers 1) Nexus Overcharge, and 2) Solar Lance are incredibly helpful for pushing the 2 billion mark. If you don't have those powers, then I'd recommend loading a previous save to do the Korhal missions before Shakuras. For the mission itself, it's all about your building setup. Ignore the Zenith stones, and focus on walling off with Nexus & Batteries. Add on Monoliths / Cannons behind the walls. Then just prioritize key enemy units for Solar Lance. Banelings are the scariest, airborne Hybrid are the 2nd. I hope this helps!

@@IndigosGaming Sir, is it possible to get the achievement using master archives by finishing Shakuras first, do the Glacius and Korhal missions then replay this part with the new units and abilities?

@@laurencemagbayao8534 Absolutely! If you go through the Master Archives, you will have access to all of the possible Spear / Unit powers for that mission. You may need to finish the entire campaign before the Master Archives unlocks though.
