Anxiety Aside, WE DID IT!

My bestie and I did our first event for the year and the week leading up to our Galentines craft and sip and we had such a great time with the girlies. We did a site visit and also made some carrot juice for energy and all.
I look forward to the next craft and sip event.
I also tried the blue foundation trick using a different foundation to see how it would work.

The reason you add black pepper when using tumeric is so that your body absorbs the components in tumeric. Fats like avocado and coconut can also be used to help in the absorption.
