When the weather doesn't match your mood, totally relatable. I;ve spoken with other people who feel the same and we feel GUILTY because its sunny but we know we aren't going to be enjoying it. How irrational is that? Feeling guilty for the weather essentially, or feeling guilty for not feeling great. We aren't meant to feel amazing all the time, being humble is vital for the growth of the soul and that means hard times and times of self reflection.

Hope you can find your happiness again soon. If you need maybe you should take a break from posting everyday and do something to improve your Mental Health.

You’re not wrong. There is a decent body of evidential literature supporting social media posting linked to anxiety and depression

@@MahadAamirTravels Mahad, thank you so much. My family supporting me. But what happened to me is not right, it's why I posted the videos about this doctor. Maybe he will stop treat people terribly. My husband was with me in my last visit to this doctor and even with my husband in present this doctor treated me terribly. We recorded video, my husband will tell what he saw with his own eyes.
