God changed my whole life. I always believed but never gave Him my whole heart. I’m battling so much. The love of my life left me because of my depression and anxiety. It was controlling me for far too long and I wasn’t doing anything. I forgive her and just wish she could see who I am now. She did the right thing, I wouldn’t be where I am if she wouldn’t have done that. God used that situation to wake me up. If you’re struggling with that, don’t let your mind control you, give it to Him before you have to experience what I did. I’m very thankful I’m a living testimony, I’m just going through the motions of having my life back after so much was stolen from me. Praying to heal quickly and to gain peace. All praise to Jesus

I too struggled with depression, anxiety. But I looked to the Lord.. and to these Abide,, I needed reminded the Lord's promises. Then looked to past to see when He proved Himself over and over. Than " it is well with my soul " praise Him I say I know you will walk with me. Grateful for these Abide meditations Lord's word. I pray for all with those in issues. These are burdens that are NOT of the Father God. Not ours. Took me long time to stop look to Him . Rest in Him,, life the adversary trying hard to get you to get your eyes off Him. I was raised non-denominational Christian and I don't go to Church due to personal reasons with bad experiences. But you can still believe in God/Jesus with out going to Church etc. I've been struggling with depression and severe anxiety and nightmares from stress and toxic people. Etc. I might actually need this for relief and to stay positive. Life's been hard lately. Especially if you're struggling mental health wise along with a disability to the point no one wants to hire you due to job gaps etc. :(

My husband left our family and decide to go back to his ex wife. He unexpectedly died while we were separated. I didn’t find out until 3 days later. Every time I think I’m healing I get knock back down. I just want to feel the warmth of God’s love again because this pain is overwhelming. I feel like I’m drowning. Lord please please please show me where joy is again…
