I don't think I have had experienced anxiety but I get depressed a lot for no reason. Especially this week, it's happened every day. But thank you for uploading this video. I can somewhat relate and it was just nice being educated on what you go through.

This video is great even for people who don't have anxiety. I have panic attacks frequently, when nothhing is wrong, and feel like an idiot doubly because when people ask what's wrong and I say I'm having a panic attack they don't believe it because I'm not freaking the fuck out hahh
