How do you stop the thoughts
@TheCrayonMan529
@TheCrayonMan529 Жыл бұрын
@@nikhilranjandutta2977 You can't really stop the thoughts. Remember, everyone has intrusive thoughts, even those who don't have OCD. You just learn to tolerate them again, like you did before OCD. They'd be so insignificant that you don't remember you have them.

@@nikhilranjandutta2977 whats up man. just except it. Embrace it and don’t run from It because why’re you running ? You know what you are originally and always will be attracted to. ( Women ) So let them come. When you try to push the thought away It Multiplies like 🦠 When the thoughts come reply with a “ maybe, maybe not “ or “ i dont care, it doesn’t matter. A Compulsion doesn’t make you who you actually are right? It’s HOCD So why would You so why fear it? one thing that helped me a LOT was Putting my Face In a Big Bowl Of water & Ice. + Cold Showers It relieves stress/Anxiety/Mental + We will defeat these demons soon, don’t worry Bro. 🙂

Hi Nathan. I never got a chance to ask a question because I’m just now finding this live lol. Is it common for OCD to latch onto the thought that things will never get better ? Much love to you and everything you do ❤️

Hmm. False memory is objectively worse than any other subtype. Also, it’s the only one that may have happened that you have to accept. On top of that, there is no such thing as recovery.
Most can't resist these compulsions - CAN YOU?
