When asthma attack happens, the airways shrink in size due to bronchospasm cause obstruction in passage of airway. The treatment involves nebulizer treatment along with steroid therapy.

AoA! Sir my sister suffers from extreme shortness of breath during that attack and people say that she is having anxiety but she is not getting recovered by anxiety medicine. This attack happens almost every day for an hour at least. Can you help us how do we get treatment thanks.

Aoa,doc it has been long ,I know you from lock down in Pakistan when covied 19 was on peek ,I am cornic asthmatic patient I am 68 yrs old using steroids Detacoetizone plus and I am using tab QUBROIN 300 MG 1/3 morning and evening I am using plus ventoline inhalar as needed , do not want to go for ventide inhalar ,but so far I have this asthma don't go it stay with till you are alive this my experience ,what best medcine you advise if you still in midina du pray for and plz advise thanks stay blessed col (R) Syed shazad Mahmud islamabd pakistan
