I relate with what you said about how they portrayed Riley’s anxiety attack. The sound of her heart racing while in the midst of the attack built the tension. Anxiety being stuck in that whirlwind was a great portrayal of how anxiety can paralyze you. The scene of Riley breathing deep with the sun shining on her again was a beautiful calming scene. This was a great sequel and I loved it so much.

I loved the reaction! Personally, I found the first Inside Out to be better, but I would be lying if I said I didn’t find Inside Out 2 enjoyable. Given how much money Inside Out 2 made, I don’t see how Disney doesn’t green light a third.
