I so understand your anxieties about going out in new situations since your op Tiffany. I have so many what l call 'Little old lady' prayers before l venture into new physically unknown spaces. Like will be l able to use their seating, how close will the loo be, is it accessible. Had operation yesterday so anxious to not collapse on everyone but they looked after me beautifully and brought me in my bed straight to the operating theatre. On bed rest now. I learned so much from a couple l saw in a pub a few weeks ago when my own condition had worsened and l had been sorely tempted to not go out with my friend to my local pub. This couple who were both blind were escorted in respectfully by a barman to their table. The girl was relaxed, obviously knew the place and had already built an internal map. The young man was shaking with anxiety. Once they sat down had the menu read to them and ordered he relaxed. His bravery to be out with his girl and push through fear totally inspired me to keep being brave myself. To not let fear make my world small.

Of course, we'd love to watch you go through your clothes for the trip!! Tiffany, you have absolutely beautiful hair even before the haircut. I can't understand why anyone would comment for you to brush or do something about your hair after all that you have gone through and continue to go through with the healing and the scans. I remember the day you were begging to get moved at the hospital and it made me cry as well as many of your videos. It was great to see you up and out and about. I have just started my journey with Multiple Myeloma and 13 spinal compression fractures. 6 months bedridden and 4 weeks of treatment under my belt. Just started my oral chemo and had to stop for my last spine surgery next week. I can’t wait to be able to go out. Right now it causes fractures. Your hair looks great. I have hardly any and my back of my head got matted so I just had my Mom cut it off. I figured I will lose it anyway with stem cell transplant. I have had to choose my battles. Hair wasn’t one of them. At least I can wipe my bum. 😊

The stuffiness could be spring allergies. I never used to be affected by seasonal changes but in the last couple of years I find I am. I thought I was suffering from short colds until a friend recommended Beconase. One or two sprays and my “colds” suddenly disappeared. My GP said that seasonal allergies can start as a person gets older. Who knew? You look lovely Tiff and Ellis looks so grown up. Take care lovely, you are doing so well. You definitely got this. ❤

Espresso coffee is much stronger than regular coffee so you drink it like in a shot glass not a coffee mug. It’s like having a double shot of Starbucks coffee in a small cup. Espresso is also used to make tiramisu which is ladyfingers with espresso and mascarpone cheese and topped with nutmeg. So it depends if you like strong coffee. Love your haircut it’s beautiful. Was also smiling when you were able to eat in a restaurant with your friends!!! You’re doing great, Tiffany!!!

Hi Tiffany! I love to hear you placing emphasis of the difficulties and the rewards of us moving, when we can, from our comfort zones, even to just take a peek at what is out there! Also, so appreciate you sharing more about stoma education. As the saying goes, “If you don’t know, then what you don’t know is lot.” A tip that has helped me when planning any trip out, knowing there are items I need, is dividing and packing them in 2-3 different places depending on the outing. Unfortunately things get lost, taken, misplaced… and knowing that I have an alternate bag filled with relieves tension. Also learned to keep some things at work, and a couple friends homes. Between weather delays, transportation issues,etc. I agree, lists are always helpful✨ Your hair looks lovely…I feel it always does! Take good care of you. Love from America✨🌟🌸🌺🪴🎶🙋🏻‍♀️

My beautiful brave Tiffany how far you have come in the last few months. It takes my breath away I'm so proud of you. Haircut looks amazing. Life does change slightly using a bigger bag, bigger jeans, cushion, it doesn't matter your still with us and very loved. When I go out I have to take two cushions walking sticks and either a wheel chair of electric scooter. I have a fractured spine, everyone accepts me as I am now. Have you ever tried Cafe Bustello? It's for espresso coffee and generally the coffee of choice for Cuban coffee in Miami and elsewhere. Cafe du Mond is another espresso coffee brand and usually the preferred brand for Vietnamese coffee.

Hi lovely i am disabled in a wheelchair and have a catheter bag. I'm watching you from fruterventura on my holiday. I obviously have to fly and it's four hours on the plane. I always get worried the day before and i get an upset tummy due to nerves,which are totally unnecessary . Just a tip for flying . You can contact the air lines assistance line as they are so helpful. Ask if you can take an extra cabin bag for any medical supplies. I flew with Jet2 and they allow 10 kg extra hand luggage door free to cover all my medical supplies and medication. Don't worry about your bag as your dignity is always their priority on board and they can't do enough to help you. It's worth asking. Love watching all your vlogs I've watched you for years. Can't wait to see vlogs of Ireland. Don't feel pressured to get the vlogs out till you get home. The most important thing is your time with Matt and his family. Love you a lot a lot a lot. I was down to the rabbit hole with the coffee. And now I go simple but tasty... I have a Sage Bambino just like you but never buy ground coffee, it taste horrible. I bought a Wilfa Svart coffee grinder and choose the setting for Mocca. Is go very well if you are using the pressurised basket for making espresso. Now I'm enjoying delicious coffee beans from Tesco at a decent price. My favourite beans are Machu Pichu from Cafe Direct. I make lovely latte's or cappuccinos ( I'm not a espresso person).

Tiffany…..try the Starbucks Blonde roast. It’s really good! And yes…you need to get out and get back into a routine/schedule. Don’t feel anxious…people are understanding of your situation. My mom had to have 2 feet of colon removed over 30 years ago because of pre-cancerous polyps showing up in the same area over a period of 5 years. She had a “temporary” colostomy bag for 5 months until her insides healed. Then she had the reversal done. The sad thing is that she was so embarrassed by the bag and issues associated with it like gas, leaking, etc. that she really didn’t go anywhere for that 5 months. This is your life now so you need to live it to the fullest. 💙🙏
