If you are connected to wifi and the phone is on turn the wifi off and try, but don’t take the SIM card out.

@@elsieubani2415 I found out my phone is only for EE U have to check when u but your phone if it’s for that SIM and if u don’t know change SIM company and try every one until it works 😎
