Anjali ji, who said it's healthy recipe ? Gud and sugar is almost equal in increasing sugar level in body. Similar amount of carbs in both sweetener.

I tried your bread recipe with maida and it was perfect. I already made it 3 times. Today i tried bread with atta from your recipe but it did not go well. It did not had the sponge that it should have. I dont know what went wrong. Also after cutting the slices it was so chewy.

@@gauravaero dear let it cook for some more time .. batter thoda patla ho gya hai isi vajah se aisa ho raha hai .. let it cook completely.. do not open the door of oven again and again

I followed the recipe but it turned out to be very heavy and mushy on the inside :( and I had to bake for about 1.5 hours before the toothpick came out clean. Not sure where I went wrong!

Hi ! It’s been long time I had been trying this bread in cooker, almost 5-6 times and I have followed exactly similar procedure but my bread is coming out to be somewhat dense/uncooked from inside, while toothpick is inserted. Also,The top gets a nice rise, and colour from all sides. But if I bake in glass/cups, it gets completely baked. But I’m not able to rectify it in case of any type of moulds, pls I’m looking for your reply. I so really, wish to bake this bread at home. Pls help out, what exactly needs to be done/changed !!

Di maine sab exactly follow kiya but bread kaafi flat ho gaya n around 1.5 hours lag gaye toothpick clean aane hai. What could habe been the problem?

True... Actually maine Inka muffin wala 10-11 baar alag alag improvements ke saath try Kiya, lekin unfortunately har baar aate jaisa hi Banta hai...actually aisa kadaahi ki wajah se hota hai ..oven me banayenge to hi ache se ban paayega..

Hi ,I baked in microwave convention mode For 40 minutes .the came out clean ,but after cooling it sunk and on cutting it was very soft ,not like bread means gili gili

Ma'am sourdough bread try kr rhi thi.. Gas par... Raat bhar temper hua aata aur rise bhi hua but jaali nai aayi.... Kya reason ho skta hai? I didn't use eno though

Just for your safety never use metal tongs to lift toast from the toaster due to the risk of electricution, normally, the toaster has a scale for browning set it to your convenience and it will pop up by itself self also always read instructions on all appliances before use. Super recipe and baking on gas hob fab.
