Hot Water - 2 tbsp
Oil - 1/3 cup
Powdered Sugar - 3/4 cup
Milk - 3/4 cup
Vinegar - 1.25 tsp
All Purpose Flour/ Maida - 1.25 cup
Baking Powder - 1tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
For Chocolate Craem :
Cream - 1.25 cup
Cocoa Powder - 2 tbsp
Powdered Sugar - 1/3 cup
Coffee Powder - 1tsp
