Yes, USB device is included that you put card in, software not needed.

my camera blinks for 3 seconds in purple then goes off. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, I did get to work this morning, was able to take a pic, and make 2 videos, but it went back to blinking 3 seconds and turning off. What is wrong wit this camera?

This sort of cameras seems to have many problems, you get lucky if you can buy one which are working all the time 😁

That is NOT micro USB, That is mini USB. There is a difference. A micro USB cell phone cable is slimmer and would not plug into that.

Don't buy this one, it's useless image quality and especially the color reproduction is totally wrong, everything is light blue. Or is there something wrong with my camera?
