My favorite plant-based meal to make is couscous. I make the couscous, then add red onion, toasted pine nuts, chickpeas, some chopped peppers, olive oil, and garlic salt. If I’m feeling up to it, I’ll lightly sauté the veggies in garlic and olive oil before mixing it into the couscous. It’s delicious both hot and cold, and I personally think it’s even better a day or two later when the flavors have had time to soak into the couscous. You can always sprinkle some nutritional yeast on it for extra protein as well.

I literally just saw the show. Omg that was one of the most incredible performances I’ve ever seen!! Everything about was amazing. The whole cast is incredible and I would love to do what you do someday. I wasn’t sure if I could go to the stage door but I would’ve loved to have said hi 💖

Hello Georgie, Did you not have lunch or dinner on Monday? I'm just trying to it work out or were your snacks a meal replacement? On Tuesday did you just have breakfast and dinner not lunch? Wednesday what else did you have other than the smoothie, was it pasta for one meal? What was it you had on Thursday? And Friday did you not have dinner? I love your content! Just a few gaps I am confused about. I have written all of your ingredients and will try a two week trial ready to go back for year two of musical theatre training
