I missed this amazing video when it came out. This was hella fun to watch! Jonny Giger and Aaron Kyro have such unique collections of tricks that if they weren’t good friends this could easily degenerate into a dirty, brutal game of SKATE. There are so many other skaters (who will remain nameless) who if you paired them with either Aaron or Jonny could probably beat them by playing dirty and just doing every switch permutation of their strongest tricks over and over again, which would be absolutely no fun to watch; whereas with Jonny and Aaron it’s not about just solely trying to win and prove yourself better but putting your signature moves on display while pushing your competitor outside their comfort zone, but having fun and just being cool and decent to each other in the process. Which is what skateboarding is all about

I agree there were a few times where they should have had Kyro redo a trick while making Johnny redo tricks that he probably shouldn't have. That being said, some of Johnny's tricks, like some of the revert ones, were literally him reverting after like 5 seconds and literally asking Kyro which way to turn. So I'm thinking it's kind of a wash even though I agree that some of the time it was a little biased.
