7:12 That manager needs to be spoken to by his higher up's. What he did was just wrong. It takes about nine seconds, literally, to see Juan's page and what he does. Zero customers were bothered and zero customers WOULD BE bothered by his behavior in that store. In fact, now customers WERE bothered by that manager because he took away their possibility of getting a very, very needed free grocery trip. I absolutely hate men like that, who just want to power trip instead of listening for literally thirty seconds to understand what is going on. He's on auto-pilot in the worst possible way.
