I tried my best to cut out some blank moments because I was breathing between words a lot since I'm having trouble breathing from my nose(healing from operation) I'm using mouth to breath and seems like it turned out pretty well(power of editing as they say) :D

You can't get the Hunter Killer if you don't have your New York hunters cleared.

You need the New York Hunters Cleared and then you can see the Hunter Killer available at Cassie. You can get Hunter Killer even without clearing Hunters If you have friends that willing to help give you their Hunter Killer( That means a fresh lvl 40 character who has not opened the box can drop that to team member).
