I use ninjabike backpack, two Brazos De Arcabuz kneepads and gloves. Then strikers mask, chest and holster. Mix level 3 skill damage with two 170,000 armour and strikers. Best of all worlds.

Running Eagles Grasp with St Elmos is for weapon handling is just not necessary. The gun itself barely needs any help to be a laser beam as it is. Eagles Grasp paired with other jumpy ARs for though definitely smooths things out. Also that much weapon handling improves your reload time. That is why your reload time is better. Not the Gunner spec.

I ran a wonky build for a long time that used the Ninja Bike backpack with a Brazos chest piece with obliterate, along with Picaros holster and Striker mask, gloves, and kneepads. I was obviously missing out on 35% weapon damage at max striker stacks, but I was gaining 50% mag size. I ran it with the Rock n Roll and Shield Splinterer. I had a lot of fun with it, and used it for quite some time. I actually used it when my friend and I tackled the group of 4 Hunters in NY. He ran around just trying to survive, and I melted all 4 of them.

Right now my striker build is: striker: mask, kneepads, chest piece, backpack. Gloves- contractors gloves. Holster - i switch between picaros or a sokolov concern holster (which I managed to pick up fully maxed out, what a stroke of luck!). Primary is st elmos, secondary is lefty shotgun. Skills- I run the shield and turret. Most of the gear is at exp 12. I do have the coyotes mask at exp 12 as well as 4 ceska pieces, however I'm holding off on optimizing all those pieces because im lacking in the tactical assessments and need to get more of that resource.

Primarily, I've been using the striker build to upgrade pieces from other gearsets, things like the bloody knuckles gloves, etc to get them to proficient and then swapping them out once proficiency level 10 is reached.

If u want accurte results u need to multiply your dps by your critt chance so when u add your gloves and you dropp say 6% critt chance .its a huge dps loss

There are a couple of things you need to consider with build #3. First, you are ignoring the other benefits you get from the Coyote's mask, which are significant for both you and your teammates. Second, the DPS is lower with build #3. The DPS for build #1 is 14, 102,727 and for build #3 it is 12,940,590.

Using your build 4 with my leveled gear, crits are 1.23 mil per x 80 gives me 99 mil per mag. Nice work ! !

I tended to gravitate most toward striker chest AND bag with coyote and a grupo. But I purposely farmed for grupo gloves so I cans witch between those and the Eagle's Grasps. Seemed to be the best to me IMO. At almost 28k watch level and playing since day one, I thoroughly enjoy testing all types of variants too!

Eagle Bearer is Still King it's just rare to get it that's why most players don't have access to it. Most PVE players can't find a raid team or just don't want to get from DZ.

@thirdmeow2270 hey, I just tested this out again in the range and these are my results....Eagle Bearer, 50 chc / 132 chd at 15 mtrs with full stacks and procs, body crits 1,082,694....ACR-E, 49 chc / 129 chd at 15 mtrs full stacks and procs, body crits 1,483,391...both guns are expertise 20...time to kill on a named target was pretty much identical which was just under 3 seconds, the EB is definitely a faster gun but for anyone who doesn't have it they might consider the ACR-E. It's hardly scientific testing i know (my wife was doing the stop watch), but maybe Anytime might want to check it out more rigorously. Cheers 👍

Only per magazine. But the build has the same damage as the previous 60 mill build. They are completely equal to one another. The math doesn't equat, that the ammo compacity is the exact same. The build is spreading the damage more before reload, where without out the gloves u have to reload more. Hence forth same damage

Any Exotic caches can give you the St. Elmo's Engine. However, I would say do Countdown with AR targeted loot and it should drop there :)

NICE build, never been a striker fan nor did I hate it, but if you play alone a lot. Try using the Eagles grasp Gloves as you did, and the Memento backpack, Striker chest, mask, knee, Holster. Along with the Gunner specialization, I changed my Eagles Grasp gloves core to a skill tier so i have a couple skill tiers , I use Banshee pulse, reviver hive or shield and im golden, My fav striker for solo. I've been running the eagles grasp gloves since they came out for that exact setup. I didn't care about the dmg numbers I just wanted 10 more rounds cause I don't swap mags till she's empty

Your calculation is wrong, you just forget to include the time in the equation. A right comparison would calculate the damage over time, because even if you have 10 more bullets you still have the same amount of total rounds before you need to restock. I doubt having 10 more bullets before reloading would effectively compensate a 0,2 sec less reload time over the damage loss of a crit stat.

In this case, sustain/overall damage is not the thing to archive. Enemies have a certain health pool, elites have about 20-25 mil hp (including armor and depending on the size of the group), the harder a single bullet hits, the faster you can kill. Only on bosses or chungas with more hp you want sustain/overall damage (per magazine).

🫡 Yessir. I'm a everyday solo PVE guy who exclusively uses the Chameleon. I put these gloves on right from Season Rewards track and they are a constant on All my Chameleon builds. It fixes the accuracy issue and the extra bullets makes the difference in ttk. Could you please do a Glass cannon review with actual gameplay because I use it and I don't die like people are always saying..Its maybe a 2 or 3 getting shot difference and I face tank with my striker shield, Chameleon and assault drone. Currently I'm 6400+ shd level. Thanks 👍

Of course the total damage is going to be higher with 10 extra rounds. Youre not testing for DPS though. It’s also not difficult to do the math for crit chance. You’re either doing it this way because you’re lazy, or you don’t know how to do that math.

The math has alrewdy been done for why I run cyote, ceska/ obliterate, elmos/ dttooc, gunner specialisation. One blue core, the rest red. Get chc to 52, then everything else into chd. Elmos is already accurate enough to beam and melt anything from mid to long range when cyote buffs kick in. People who find themselves on the floor with striker are trying to play too close.

I love striker builds but I always prioritize using Pointman (Perfect Vanguard). If you have two temates alternating use of pointman you can pretty much be unkillable in any scenario. I also use protection from elites.

@mrthabeast1985 I'm aware of the holster and how it works. There will be a loss in dps. The brand set bonus and the loss of a second attribute. Both will bring down over all dps down. Again you don't need more armor if you can rinse every enemy. This isn't always the case but aside from raid/ incursion bosses and legendary bosses you could make a case for. Even then one blue core is negligible when health/ armor gate exists

bro... you just wasted 10 minutes of my life arguing that sometimes larger mag is better dps.... like... Gr9 with steady handed has no reloads at all... and infinite bullets... throw that in your calculation and you get infinite dmg xD ;-) boomerang on any rifle gives it way more bullets before reload as well, like Lm4 / ACR SS etc. Many rifles have already higher dps than st Elmo (and after the update with much better stability mods and auto fire also on long range)

With that build, I would use GR9. With steady handed, it’s just like the bullet king, but way more accurate. But also, I prefer to use the ninja pack and a 3 piece striker, to take advantage of other perks while still doing 800k dmg.

The coyote mask works great and all but you won't get the full effect of it when you are solo. When you are in a group and they are using the mask also, your damage, even with no stacks would be over a million per crit. As long as you're near the other guys also.

So here's a wall for you. 1. You will never get all rounds into a single target so extra rounds make no difference. 2. Use a fenris chest piece with spotter. Use kingbreaker or carbine 7 etc. Much more damage even with less rounds on target. Flailing on the weapon as well as technician. Try it and you will sew your damage numbers go through the roof. Remember 1 thing is true for division. The most important thing is time to kill. Your build with 300 round mag will do more damage. But less burst damage. Not every enemy is a boss or change so they die before you finish your mag which means less damage due to your mag size calculation. Burst is key. Any9ne can kill an enemy with 70 rnds but can you do the same thing with 30 because not every rnd hits.

Everyone’s always focusing on how small increments we get on the numbers in the range and not about how the build actually works and performs in game… Striker full armor and Memento has more than enough damage even in 4 man group, even with 3*PfE mods, and the armor combined with he AOK and bonus armor from memento gives insane survivability to do stuff you wouldn’t be able to with full red Striker… This build is insanely good solo and I top the meter in 9 out of 10 missions against full red Striker/DPS builds… Because the survivability allows for extremely aggressive playstyle: kzbin.info/www/bejne/pafRcqidorSVjNEsi=rzl40h-HxJGIUehx

So far my build is yours on #4 but but with contractor gloves, bcs i using Gr9 with talent that can incrase RPM for every 10%(iirc) bullet on that said gun. Most of the time, i use Elmo for stacking then GR9 when the stack is full or nearly full. but the downside is not so effective with non boss or those with low health enemy. This is entirely dependent on the activity being played. Also how many red vs blue core. Heroic missions with several running dps builds does not allow for full stacks of chest piece very easily. If you're running striker all blue maybe but who the hell does that!? Legendary missions, raids and incursions however allow you to maintain 200 stacks much easier. As stated in the video alot of this comes down to situational and also play style.

Errrmmmm, thats why we measure in DMG per magazine?! And from that you can do the math up to DMG over time.... There is no need to do such a guessing. You can use solid numbers and it is no surprise that a bigger magazin wins. That's the reason why fast hands is still in most cases the best DMG talent on weapons. When you reloadff you do zero DMG and that pulls your DMG over time down. Eagle's grasp is a massive improvement for every AR build and many other builds. This named piece of gear is simply fantastic. Weapon handling AND magazin size is just nuts.

Fox's Prayer isn't as strong as people say it is because DTOC is better on weapons. Having Fox's Prayer will be additive to your weapons DTOC. Then it will be multiplicative when calculated for overall dmg.

If I would ignore headshot damage and proc from Coyote's Mask and calculate with level 7 expertise, it would still output 8 985 292 DPS with Fox's Prasyer, but only 8 954 996 with Eagle's Grasp. So even if it just a small difference, the FP is better choice.

@@SumakPlays Oh no doubt. Eagles Grasp doesn't give you more bullet dmg. Using Eagles Grasp is only useful when fighing countdown enemies or raid bosses. But it's more dmg if you swap out Fox's Prayer for something like grupo with crit dmg and chc.

@@SumakPlays they both will actually, you calculated the other one, why not give it a try for yourself, ceska will beat fox easily. and it is all because that striker can make use of that extra crit chance attribute that you can get with a ceska or grupo, as it is pretty crit starved, and on crit starved builds fox does not win against ceska or grupo.

Smg wise Tested all builds under 5 blue core attributes for accuracy as I’m a PvP player only. Build one Coyote x sok (grupo is actually better in slot) x 4 striker (including Bp) for this I did use unbreakable. But I run obliterate for the extra 25 wd which is also an amplifier. On top of coyote buff I receive which in most cases takes my crit damage to 175 and increases numbers below even more when calculated. Avg shot 446.3k x burst 12.5 mil x sustain 7.25 mil x body crit 424.1 151 cd x 59 cc with 100 amp from striker and Bp. Build two walker x sok x 3 striker x ninja backpack Avg shot 409.6k x burst 11.5 mil x sustain 6.65 mil x body crit 391.4 154 cd x 59 cc with 65 amp from striker Build three pic x sok x 3 striker x ninja backpack Avg shot 417.7 x burst 11.75 mil x sustain 6.7 mil x body crit 390.6 142 cd x 59 cc with 65 amp from striker Build four pic x braz x 3 striker x ninja backpack Avg shot 385.1 x burst 10.83 mil x sustain 7.28 mil x body crit 349.8 127 cd x 59 cc with 65 amp from striker Some people take time to invest in testing. If u have a full watch dont waste yiur times with this build, the meta is coyote and picaros holter with the striker and all critical hit damage atributes and mods with it. Also with uroboros i use the ninja backpack with striker and picaros and brazos head.. YOU R WELCOME

There is diminishing returns to crit damage. Besides Ouroboros is great when fighting close otherwise AR always better. Also not using Striker's backpack is like committing a crime.

I'm happy that someone understands that this video is for Group DPS for Endgame like legendary and Raids and not for running solo doing control points(I have builds like that already). People recommending Ninja over Striker backpack or any High end backpack is sad to see.

The first build shown is good for group but for solo, you won't survive. I am terribly disappointed because in the end of the video (in game), you were using a different build. You were using the catharsis (see the green cloud), and the damages are therefore misleading. You should also take in consideration your TTK.

I was not using Catharsis It was my friend who was a healer and healing us you can notice the Future Initiative buff below my health bar :)

This striker isn't better than my striker because this is MY STRIKER my exact build grupo chest eagle gloves ever since gloves came out lololol well at least one of my striker builds tho lot of people dont utilise the gloves but they are great even better with the chameleon than st elmo because of accuracy with chameleon is dog but no st elmo

You have failed to account for rate of fire, 70k less dps is less damage.

All builds have same fire rate because the weapon was same as well as the gearset. Besides Eagle's Grasp makes the gun reload faster too. Also, Most people commenting are talking about their solo striker builds(that's why they talking about adding AOK and Ninja) where the video is about group DPS build. Which is for more Bullet Sponge enemies and that's where the one I recommended shines the most. If you play solo even a 500k damage is enough so you can focus on staying alive :)

U have bad inventory management young man. Get a mule for resources. Regarding striker, I run all reds, chest and backpack, fenris with palisade gloves and Gunner for armour on kill. Lev 26 gear obviously. I survive with 20% arm on kill. It's not all about max damage.

I think ur trying to do accuracy build which give more dps because u miss less. Just change ur chest talent to braced which gives u reload, accuracy, fire rate etc....

@gost3480 It's weapon handling. It's stability, fire rate, reloading, accuracy and distance. Which gives you more DPS indirectly and keeps u at max stacks longer. It doesn't get u to max Dps like the chest would but it keeps you at 3/4 the way the whole fight . Just try it and you'll see

@@leemanpark8407 weapon handling is accuracy, stability, reload speed and weapon swap speed. it is not fire rate or optimal range. it only helps sustain dps with its reload, it does not affect burst at all. this is why most people will not use braced, because they know what it actually does.

i made Ninja Striker build before but it loses a lot of damage. looking at most of the comments I think people are mostly talking about solo striker build where the builds I showed is for group for Optimal DPS. Don't get me wrong Ninja is great too if you like it you can use it and forget about damage numbers because there's always going to be debate about what's better :)
