£80 a day as a cover supervisor? Most agencies pay £55 to £65 regardless of the experience you may have, which really makes it not worthy, considering all the effort and energy you put into it.

Yes £80 is the usual pay. When you say considering all effort...what effort do you mean? Since a cover supervisor doesn't do marking or planning. It's more like babysitting
