Cadence is always better when everybody is motivated. It’s depressing as a cadence caller when people don’t sound off, and it’s a let down when a motivated group doesn’t have a good cadence caller. Both parts are important.

The competitive nature of every military branch to be the best is hella inspirational. Seriously, because it never stops at that branch level, instead it trickles all the way down to the small units within each one. Their is def a highly motivated “AO team/group” that ranks top amongst them as well. Love the cadence and confidence shown towards the haters. Respects from a Devil Dog! @devontoms79367 жыл бұрын
Brent0285 I remember that too. Funny thing is I also qualified for PR and PRs are apparently smart. AMs are also weak with sounding off so thats cute that they have no pride in their rate. If you have no will to sound off to a damn cadence then how do you have the will to do your rate. The Marines sound off kill kill kill IYAOYAS, and they put in a lot of work. Damn other rates in the Aviation field aren’t motivated. Also at least the AOs don’t have a leash on them like the AMs. They talk shit but can’t back it up. Saying another rate doesn’t do nothing isn’t a great comeback. Also at least we don’t need our instructors walking us around base because our mouths run too much 😂😂😂

So if I'm not mistakened then AO's inspect and store weapons for helicopters and planes right? Also I'm just wondering why they're better than the other rates.
@johnmark14778 жыл бұрын
Jerod Rumney AO's Store, load, inspect, handle, and transport everything from small arms, bombs, rockets, missiles, cads, flares, rocket motors, and anything else explosive. Their job also includes maintaining weapons systems, weapons support gear and avionics. Your Range Master is likelier than not an AO. The reason AO is so different is that you can't just be an AO, you have to be a team. Ordies have to qualify as individuals, team members, team leaders, safety observers, and quality assurance and are graded constantly in these areas. It's all about being a team. With that being said, being an AO made me appreciate every other rate I worked with. AT, AZ, AME, AQ, AE, AD, AMS and the list goes on and on. But none of the other aviation rates existing require being evaluated and inspected as a 'Team'. Only AO.
