Hello. I dislocated my elbow 25 years ago, is it possible to have surgery after so many years?

Thanks for your excellent presentation. I have a question for Dr. Capo. When you took out all radial fragment and applied the plate in advance, how could you determine the safe zone?

The safe zone is opposite the radial tuberosity i.e when u have the arm in the neutral position the safe zone is on the lateral aspect of the radius.
