In November 1941, «ZAVOD IMENI S.M.KIROVA» JSC, along with people and equipment, was relocated from Aleksandrov city, Ivanovo Region, to Petropavlovsk city.
For today, «ZAVOD IMENI S.M.KIROVA» JSC is a state enterprise that is part of "National Company "Kazakhstan Engineering" JSC with a production area of more than 24,000 square meters and 380 units of technical equipment.
More than 700 employees work here, their work is valuable and very important for the country. We strive not to conclude deals, but to conclude contracts and execute them on time. For us quality is important, but the number of orders is not. We ship our products not only to Kazakhstan but also abroad (countries such as Russia, Uzbekistan).

The plant does not just manufacture products for various enterprises. We study the production processes of our clients and offer a range of services ranging from product development in the design bureau to the production of components. Our experts sketch and design new parts and, if necessary, carries out visits to customers.
The plant is able to meet the need for more than:
• 1300 sets of Integrated Locomotive Safety Device
• 1200 sets of RVS radio stations-1
• 70 000 units of computer equipment per year
With the support of the state, the modernization of the enterprise was carried out on the territory of «ZAVOD IMENI S.M.KIROVA» JSC during 2018-2020 - equipment for the production of multilayer printed circuit boards of accuracy class 5 and SMD-mounting was received in the amount of more than 2 billion tenge
In the fourth quarter of 2019, «ZAVOD IMENI S.M.KIROVA» JSC launched a new line for the production of multilayer printed circuit boards. The new equipment allows to produce multilayer printed circuit boards from 3 to 16 layers of 5-class accuracy with a minimum board thickness of 0.5 mm
 According to the results of 2010, «ZAVOD IMENI S.M.KIROVA» JSC took the first place in the rating assessment of the activities of subsidiaries of "National Company "Kazakhstan Engineering" JSC
 Passed ISO 9001:2015 "Quality Management System" certification
 In June 2019, the plant signed an agreement on long-term cooperation for the purpose of SMD assembly (SKD) with subsequent phased localization of computer and server equipment based on existing industrial lines for the production of printed circuit boards, surface-mounting line and assembly conveyor line.
 The computer equipment of «ZAVOD IMENI S.M.KIROVA» JSC fully meets the requirements for a unified workplace and According to the order of the Minister of Digital Development of Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 125/NK dated from April 03, 2020, the products of «ZAVOD IMENI S.M.KIROVA» JSC are included in the Register of Trusted software and Electronic Industry products
 On July 1, 2020, a cooperation agreement between Microsoft and «ZAVOD IMENI S.M.KIROVA» JSC on equipping the plant's computer products with a licensed Windows 10 Pro operating system came into force.
 On September 21, 2021, the representative office of «ZAVOD IMENI S.M.KIROVA» JSC was opened in the Republic of Uzbekistan, Tashkent.
 For today, «ZAVOD IMENI S.M.KIROVA» JSC has supplied more than 50,000 units of computer equipment.
At the end of 2019, the sales volume of products was at the level of 5,554.3 million tenge.
For 2020, the volume of production and sales of products amounted to 17,745.4 million tenge (excluding VAT).
Due to the wide range of products manufactured by the Plant, the production capacity in quantitative terms is indicative, in monetary terms it is 25,000 million tenge
The average monthly salary at the end of 2021 is 202,717 tenge, which is 13.2% higher than the same period of previous years.
