It is ,had one before, but the quality has gone up since the last. Lovely design. This is easier to use.

I"ve been using the left HObb and today I went to use the second Hobb and it wont respond. I've got the correct pan's, the buttons won't work. There is a lock icon that is red and on. Any ideas?

Hi Tim, I've not had come across this before, however occasionally, one of the hobs may lock it self for safety reasons. If there is a L simple it is locked off. Place both fingers simultaneously on the + and - for a few seconds, this should unlock it. The second option is the switch off the induction hob and reset. The third option is to turn hob is to press firmly, the correct sequence to turn on the specific hob, Power button, which should show a zero. The press the power level button, which should give you a figure, which you the adjust using the plus button. Unfortunately, if none of these work then please contact the manufacturer as it could be faulty. I hope this helps, my hob has worked without an issues, some times by placing a hand or an plate on the empty hob zone, this can go into children lock. I can not confirm this, but it's best to contact the manufacturer if they are available to help. In most cases if you have brought from Amazon, they will be happy to exchange or refund.
