2:00 the issue ... the plug does NOT align properly and you CAN'T push it in further unless you angle the plug a little to FULLY plug it in. I own 2x AOC Q27G4XD and set up the 2nd screen after this video. Guess what - IT HAS THE -SAME- ISSUE !! ... this is not a 'once in a million'** but has something to do with their methods. Since the cables came rolled up I made sure not just to straighten it out, like before, but also to give the last few inches a gentle bent so there was no way it would misalign and go as straight as it gets - without spin affecting the process. It too 'plugged in' - no signal - and then 'slipped in the rest' - signal. Fk AOC **Since you can easily find people with the same issue (across many models), this points at one glaring manufacturing issue: Whatever standards they have, they are off by default. ps. Turning off the screen will result in Windows moving symbols to the other screen. This was not an issue Acer screens had. I will look if I can find an option to turn if off but still... shesh. ps. i noticed, in hindsight, the camera cut off my finger. What a pain in the butt! On the phone screen it was WAY on it. Ah... well... you get the idea. Note: the AOC menu's are nearly transparent. Don't try changing them while something colorful is running... the hell...
