I''m having a lot of success with feudal aggression against China as HRE. Do you think it's due to the much lower elo (conq1) or is it viable at the highest? And for the life of me, can anyone tell me how do you make villagers come out of the side of the TC you want them to?

Villagers will ungarrison towards the direction of the resource they were last gathering (if you use the D key). I just order them to gather whatever resource is in the direction I want them to ungarrison from. I don't think HRE feudal aggression should be working against china, since they have the barbican and a better TC than usual to deal with MAA. Not something I would expect to work in 1600+
