From a boss man to a fired man to a wanted convict to a demoted man. So sad

15:11 Yes. Keiichi says "sorry" a hundred times daily. Surely, it shouldn't be that hard to apologize.
@SatoshiKenji9 ай бұрын
Love it when CEO suggesting Nishiguchi to just do everything by himself. I knew gaining achievement sometimes takes collective effort. But, Nishiguchi just put it under his name alone, which raise suspicion with higher ups. It's good that their company is not the kind who just look at numbers alone.

Amazing video! Serves Nishiguchi right! For taking ALL of the workers credits, including Keichi's, being selfish and all high and mighty! He deserves to be defeated ane rejected! Yui did the great thing by hiring Keichi to work with her at the branch office. I wish them good luck!😊🖤🤎🩵💖
@jarredbillings23329 ай бұрын
2:40 Well, because of Nishiguchi's interference and his mischievous ways, Keiichi would be lying if he said he's 100% satisfied with his job...😑
@stenovhouse9 ай бұрын
I can't believe it the boss tried until the end to "deny" everything he did...and no surprise if in the afterstory, he ended up being isolated by everyone and everything. Also, what exactly did he for him aside stealing his credits...? Basically scheming over and over...disgusting.
@PabloHernandez-gl5ij9 ай бұрын
Serves Nishiguchi right for stealing other people's hard-earned work and taking credit for it 😒 but it felt satisfying that Keiichi and Yui were able to expose him for the dirty thief that he was 😂 and here's the hoping that in the future Keiichi and Yui start dating.😊

Nishiguchi SHOULD have been FIRED on the spot when he admitted to stealing the credit for other's acheivements, and stating "putting in the effort is a waste of time! this (stealing credits) is the only way I could raise my own evaluations!" in front of HIS boss. 😡🤬 Grounds for dismissal: Disciplanary; POWER ABUSE; STEALING CREDITS AND ACHEIVEMENTS FROM SUBORDINATES; FRAUD; and INCOMPETENCE. THAT would be on his resume forever. If he is stupid enough NOT to list that job on his resume: MAJOR "Red Flag" bringing the question "What were you doing during the 20 plus years from when you graduated Uni/College until now?" (I was running my own company. "then why is that not on your resume? are you sure you were not in prison? That is the only logical explanation to explain this many years of unemployment ... IF you were really unemployed ... regardless, thanks for coming in today. We're "sorry" but either way, you don't meet our minimum employment standards, WHICH INCCLUDES HONESTY! Have a nice day. NEXT!!!" If he lists that copany and lies about why he left ... that is grounds for immediate termination. Either way, he is screwed. Tell the truth, don't get hired. Leave that company off the list of work experience, don't get hire. Lie about why he left, FIRED the moment the truth comes out. Transferring him and giving him the opportunity to resign, makes it possible for him to get another job ("voluntary resignation") in sales (which he is clearly unqualified for - POSSIBLY in a management position, since he can claim experience as a manager, if he admits having that job on his resume) where he will do the same thing again - with one exception: He learned from his mistakes NOT to transfer his "Golden Egg(s) in an attempt to "Cover Up" his actions, because that WILL bring his (illegal) actions to light -sooner - rather than later.😡 He is not "sorry" for his actions. He is only "sorry" he got caught, and still "thinks" he did nothing wrong - "Everyone else on the corporate ladder is doing the same thing! So why shouldn't I?!?" is his mentality. 🙄☹️

Yea Nishiguchi getting demoted and transferred to a different department was the right punishment. Sure the things he did would result in him getting terminated, but remember this is Japan not the States. In Japan companies don't fire employees unless they done something so horrible that there would be no public backlash of them firing the said employees. Japanese companies usually transfer the problematic employees to a different position where they have no chance of getting promoted or getting their original position back resulting in them resigning on their own as doing that won't bring any public backlash to the companies.

For once this case is rather realistic, where I work, a person promoted along their career path will see all their work meticulously sorted by higher ups! (this is to avoid having cheaters in high positions/or to get rid of them)
@Dante9990009 ай бұрын
And this is why cheaters will NEVER succeed in life; besides even if they did get their success, it will be short lived since there will come a time where they'll have show if they really did work hard for their success.
@Green_Sand_HourGlass8 ай бұрын
@@Dante999000 I want to agree with you about this. I really do. Honestly though, I've seen a lot of people in places I work genuinely get ahead in life by tripping others and stealing credit. Sometimes the cheaters ARE in fact, capable of handling the positions they earn through unfair means. The people I'm thinking simply hurt others to make it to a promotion faster, or instead of their competitors

Call it a hunch…but I have a feeling Nishiguchi is a case of someone, who was hardworking in the past but grew lazier and lazier as he rose through the corporate ranks and instead started to rely on other people to get the job done more and more as time went on 😂 17:59

Here is the aftermath of the story. Now, as for who really had helped out Yui and Keiichi with the actions of Nishiguchi, well, it was none other than Noa, Nagisa, and Miyu. Also, though Yui was not feeling like she should be alone with Keiichi, there were actually other reasons why she did not want to be alone with him, and they are that Yui, Noa, Nagisa, Miyu felt like reconnecting because they were in one of the first eSports league teams in Japan, they were among the few FPS players in Japan, they were among the few women FPS players, not just in Japan, but also the world, that Keiichi was their supporter, that Keiichi was also their biggest fan, that they were all the queen bees/Madonnas of Keiichi's high/upper secondary school, and each and every last one of them had, and still have, a huge crush on Keiichi. Soon, all four ladies fell for Keiichi, and they all dressed in sexy naughty, and revealing cosplay, and other kinds, of outfits, for him at conventions, they wore them for him, and, when they all got married one year later in Burkina Faso, after the incident with Nishiguchi, just for Keiichi alone. The ladies got baby bumps, and they love Keiichi being their loyal husband, and father to their children. Oh, and as for that other boss of the other company, well, as it turned out, he was their teacher/coordinator for their team in their high/upper secondary schools, hence them talking shop about video games...oh, and Keiichi was also a backup player for Yui's team as well.

He had no right to take credit but it sounds like when he started his job he did not get the support he needed. Maybe if he had he would have really been successful

Keiichi: I noticed all these little details as we walked into the building so that I could make a convincing pitch to the CEO. Also Keiichi: My boss was stealing credit for all my work, altering documents to discredit me, even swiping my personal stamp (a big no-no in the legal sense) to do so - and then exiling me to a branch office to run their shredders to cover it all up, and I never noticed what was going on.

Climbing the letter to success is competitive. But it doesn't give you the right to do any dirty tricks and cheat in your work or take people's work from them and take credit. unacceptable Especially for a person in your position
