The irony about repeaters is that they can deal substantial damage at 500m or closer but they have a pretty decent (but low damage) saturation/spread at long distance. As opposed to cannons where you just about absolutely need to be within 500m for you to have a chance of landing shots on a smaller jinking target. I find both of them rewarding in their own way. But amazing job, staying alive in a "non-meta" ship. I love to see it when people pull strengths out of different ships. I think they should give the STY more even more strafe, honestly.

Thanks! I agree on the saturation for sure, I'd like to see more damage though with reapeaters as the trade off when using them is holding an angle of attack where as cannons don't require that and can be used in flick shot scenarios. Though I do have to say repeaters feel satisfying to use they scratch your brain in a good way haha

damned impressive flying. Your ability to get the crosshairs on the target pip is amazing. I have not flown in 3.23 yet but I was not where near that good in 3.22. Though combat has slowed down so that may help me.

The ammo count depends on the ship's capacitor not on the weapons, the Santok has a great capacitor for a ship of this size.

Yep new flight model, new UI HUD everything is completely different from 4 months ago. All this came at the beginning of May with the introduction of Master modes

Rather than tweak and improve the good flight model we had they just took the Squadron flight model and shoved it into PU 😔
