Gas and electrical
The SIERRA is powered and controlled by a 150a/h Lithium Battery, the FinScan PowerCORE battery management & automation system, switchable 240/inverter power system, external 50amp Andersen plug, solar panel input, LED lights and a protected gas system with 2 bayonets.
Stay off the beaten track longer
Enough water and personal storage to keep you away from civilisation for weeks. Enjoy 60L of water storage in food poly grade tanks standard, all protected by zinc plated bash plates, including a river access system. Plus you can add an extra 140L optional tank for even longer stays off the beaten track.

The South African made trailers generally always use the kitchen flap as a table, it's no real use flipping upwards.

Jeez. You Ozzies make some very, very cool camper trailers. AOR have really caught my eye. The colour scheme is really eye-catching; rugged on the outside but very sharp detailing on the inside. I’m in Colorado and am wondering what the insulation is like and whether this is an all season system. 👍👍

Hi Neil, thanks so much for your feedback! Our trailers are made from composite fiberglass using a monocoque body design to provide maximum insulation. With large insulated windows to help control airflow and temperature, you can stay cool in summer and warm through the winter 👍

I like it. Please tell me what the dimensions are of the sleeping / bunker area? Can two senior adults easily be accommodated while travelling away for many nights? eg. Could a 6ft tall body sit upright on the mattress to get out of inclement weather and comfortably spend a few hours of the day there if needed?

How much water capacity can you have including optional tanks? Also if you didnt have an addional tent on top, what could you put on the roof storage wise?

Hi 26realmc, in total the maximum capacity of the water tank storage is 200litres, it is split between 140lt front tank and 60ltr rear tank. The rear tank is standard and included in the RRP, you can choose to add the extra 140lt tank as an option. As for roof storage, the options are endless.... you could fit cargo carriers like the Thule vector or motion pods. Pelican storage boxes, cargo bags etc.... anything that can be strapped on or bolted down to be honest. That’s the beauty of the Sierra, build it your way!!

Very nice unit. How does the hot water connect ? location shower heads?

The Sierra is setup to take a camping style, instantaneous, gas hot water system. On the Drivers side of the trailer, there is a cold water outlet and a gas bayonet to provide water and gas to a hot water system. The hot water systems will have a shower rose with them for you to use. Also, if you want hot water to the kitchen sink you can connect a section of hose to the hot water inlet in the tap section on the drivers side and that will pump hot water through to the kitchen. Hi - I wonder how you have addressed the ventilation of the fridge compartment when driving for long periods. I did not notice any ventilation louvres/filters to keep dust out when travelling on dirt roads.

Hi Vagabond, Thanks for your question. You are correct there are no external vents to the out side to ensure that it is weather and dust proof, but we have designed the trailer to have a number of open cavities internally to allow air to circulate throughout the trailer. There is also a fan to aid this process. Being that the construction is of sandwich panel fiberglass, the trailer will always be cooler than traditional sheet metal style trailers. This mean the circulating air will also be cooler. I hope this answers your question, Happy Camping Shayne

Need a better video. Open the awning (why do you have a batwing awning when the back already has an opening cover?). Show inside the firewood carrier better. Show how you'd actually setup the hot shower, because I don't get it. And am I right in saying you can't get into the rooftop tent with the kitchen in use, and/or the other sleeping quarters in use? You need an entrance on the draw-bar side like DOT camper trailers had. As a comment on the design, you really need to build the shower tent into the body rather than having it hanging off the side (like the Sniper x.9)
