I know I heard you when you said it's one of your favorite intros! It's made by Eve and he's a really popular singer in Japan. Mostly does rock-genre stuff, but gets commissioned by Mappa a lot. He's done one of the chainsaw man outros, and also a my hero academia opening. I'd recommend reacting or just listening to more of his stuff, specifically his "Smile" album. By the way, the name of the intro song is "Kaikai Kitan" which has a cool and heavily edited video (in the good way) of clips from JJK. So only react to that MV after you've completed the first season, if you decide to.

Each of his songs has a cool anime-style animated music video, which is why I recommended reacting to his music on youtube. The MVs for many of his songs, primarily "Fight Song" and "How To Eat Life", also showcase characters from his manga. Yes, he's also a mangaka, has his own movie on netflix, is a vocaloid producer, and of course a solo music producer.

If you're looking for recommendations, I'd recommend Dramaturgy, Nonsense Bungaku, How To Eat Life, Fight Song, and Bokurano, which all have MVs as well. This is just some of his popular stuff that a lot of people who are new to his music listen to, so if you're looking for more niche releases under his name I'd recommend Byouka, Bokuramadaunderground, Gungo Sanka, Myojo Galactica, and Wakusei Loop.
