If you can, there's a setting where you can put low gfx mode, allowing your pc to run the game better, additionally. Putting your graphics at 5 or 6 will also help you

I think you choose beast or cart while still in the ready up screen and when you spawn in you should be without ODM gear. I may be wrong.

@@mohsen3901 I only panicked my first game and then learned what to do after that. Most of my shaking is due to how Freedom War grapples work. Unlike AOT: Revolution, if you hold Q or E while not near anything, the second you’re near something it will auto grapple. Just gain experience and remember that not every match of FW you play is life or death.
